CCM Preparatory Department and Community Engagement CCM Prep offers a wide variety of programs in Music, Dance and Theatre Arts throughout the year for people of all ages and abilities - including classes for young children, teens, adults, and preprofessional students preparing for a future in the performing arts. In addition to school-year programs and private lessons, CCM Prep offers summer programs and camps for youth, teens, and adults from across the country and around the world at the state-of-the-art CCM Village. Salary will be commensurate with credentials and experience. Reporting to the Dean, the Assistant Dean for CCM Prep is a member of CCM's administrative leadership team, is a creative problem-solver and collaborator, and is responsible for all community education programs, personnel, budget management, and representing CCM Prep to collegiate, local, regional and national arts organizations.
Required Education Master's degree in arts education, arts administration, performance or related arts field; proficiency in the arts as a performer, director, composer, technician, arts administrator or related arts field.
